Cut a sheet of parchment paper that will fit the floor of your air fryer basket and then place inside the basket.
Slice the peaches down the middle and remove the seed. Then brush some maple syrup on the flesh and sprinkle with some coconut sugar. Add in a pinch of cinnamon and salt if desired.
Place peaches in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350 for 15 minutes or until caramelized.
