 4 oz button mushrooms
 1 cup grape tomatoes
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 2 medium zucchinis - cut into 1/2" pieces
 ½ of a sweet onion - cut into big chunks

Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
