Toss the tofu circles together in a shallow dish with the soy sauce, garlic powder, turmeric, and paprika. Cover, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Place the marinated tofu into your air fryer. Cook at 400F for 10 minutes, shaking after 5 minutes.
Spread your English muffins with vegan mayo or vegan butter. Pile on the avocado, vegan cheese, and toppings of your choice.
When the tofu is ready, add it to your vegan breakfast sandwich, close it up, and enjoy.
