 1 dash paprika
 1 block extra firm tofu

 1 Haas avocado, sliced
 4 slices your favorite vegan cheese
 Vegan mayonnaise
 sliced onion
 4 vegan English muffins
 sliced tomato

Toss the tofu circles together in a shallow dish with the soy sauce, garlic powder, turmeric, and paprika. Cover, and marinate for 10 minutes.
