 4 pieces rice paper
 2 tbsp cashew butter
 8 stalks fresh asparagus
 2 Servings vegan egg or tofu scramble
 8 strips roasted red pepper
 1 small tree broccoli, sautéed
  cup roasted sweet potato cubes
 handful spinach, kale, other greens
 2 tbsp water
