Roasted Corn on The Cob Recipe

We want to make it as easy peasy as possible and this recipe has proven to be most efective.

All you need is your air fryer, the corn, some simple spices and your are good to go! Roasted sweet corn is divine, plus is a super healthy choice of a side dish or can even become an afternoon snack for you and your kids.
And if you've been traying (but failing) to get that same flavor and structure you get from the corn at fairs, at sports events, and even outside some grocery stores...look no further.
We've found that you can't quite get perfect corn in the oven, or even on the grill; so dont beat yourself up, is not really your fault.
The solution is pretty simple, roasted corn inside of an air fryer is simply perfect. This will be super quick and easy in other words, totally painless. If youre not yet convinced, think about it this way; you don’t have to heat up your oven during Summer and, you dont have to heat up the grill for just a corn or two either. Now you are probably thinking you can use your microwave to make corn on the cob. But the air fried “roasted” flavors you get from the hot circulating air can’t be beat.

 3 tsp vegetable oil
 salt and pepper to taste

Remove husks from corn, wash and pat dry. You may need to cut the corn to fit in your basket. You can also place the whole corn

Drizzle vegetable oil over the corn. Try to cover the corn well with the vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
