 1 head of cauliflower leaves removed
 2 tbsp butter melted, or dairy-free butter alternative*
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp Italian seasonings
 2 cloves garlic crushed
 ½ lemon
 salt and pepper to taste

Brush the cauliflower head with melted butter. In a small bowl whisk together the butter, oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, and crushed garlic.

Completely coat the cauliflower head with the seasoning mix and place it into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.

Check cauliflower every 5 minutes to avoid overcooking. When done cauliflower should be fork tender.

To serve, squeeze juice from lemon half over cauliflower.
