In a large bowl, whisk eggs and heavy whipping cream. Mix in broccoli, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and spinach.
Pour into a 6" round oven-safe baking dish. Place baking dish into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.
Eggs should be firm and cooked fully when the frittata is done. Serve warm.
