Keto Air Fryer Toasted Coconut Flakes

 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
 avocado oil spray
 2 tsp sweetener of choice
  tsp salt

Toss coconut flakes and spray in a large bowl until coated. Sprinkle with sweetener and salt.

Place coconut flakes into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 3 minutes.

Toss the flakes when 1 minute remains. Add an extra minute if you would like a more golden coconut flake. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
