Thinly slice the garlic and cut the artichoke hearts in half. In a large bowl mix butter, garlic, artichokes, spinach, lemon peel, Cheddar, Mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a 4-cup round baking dish.
Mix together the Parmesan, ground almonds and a little more salt and pepper. Scatter evenly over the top of the mixture. Cover with foil and place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to brown the top. Serve warm.
