Tired of the same boring dinner dishes? Try this rich and cheesy casserole loaded with low carb vegetables and topped with almond and parmesan crumb you can easily make in your air fryer! Guaranteed to be a hit with the whole family.
Thinly slice the garlic and cut the artichoke hearts in half. In a large bowl mix butter, garlic, artichokes, spinach, lemon peel, Cheddar, Mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a 4-cup round baking dish.
Mix together the Parmesan, ground almonds and a little more salt and pepper. Scatter evenly over the top of the mixture. Cover with foil and place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to brown the top. Serve warm.
