In a large bowl, toss artichokes in coconut oil and then dip each piece into the egg.
Mix the Picorino and coconut flour in a large bowl. Add artichoke pieces and toss to cover as completely as possible, sprinkle with pepper flakes. Place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.
Toss the basket two times during cooking. Serve warm.
