Remove excess moisture from the squash using a cheesecloth or kitchen towel.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into four patties.
Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket. Place each patty on the parchment and place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes.
Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time. Serve warm.
