Using a fork, remove the strands of spaghetti squash from the shell. Place into a large bowl with olive oil and Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with Asiago, garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper.
Pour into a 4-cup round baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Place dish into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.
When finished, cheese will be golden and bubbling. Serve immediately.
