In a small bowl mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt and pepper.
Place a shrimp on the skewer, then a zucchini, a pepper, and an onion. Repeat until all ingredients are utilized; lay them in the air fryer tray. Then brush on the sauce, to the kebabs.
Set temperature to 400 degrees F, for 5 minutes (air fryer setting), or until shrimp is fully cooked and veggies are tender.
Flip kebabs halfway through the cooking time. Brush on sauce, before serving or serve in a small bowl on the side. Plate, serve and enjoy!
