Don't know what to make for lunch? How about some amazing shrimp kebabs! Shrimp cooks super fast and easy in your air fryer and this recipe takes it to the next level by adding veggies to make a simple but tasty dish! Plus who doesn't love food on a stick!
In a small bowl mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt and pepper.
Place a shrimp on the skewer, then a zucchini, a pepper, and an onion. Repeat until all ingredients are utilized; lay them in the air fryer tray. Then brush on the sauce, to the kebabs.
Set temperature to 400 degrees F, for 5 minutes (air fryer setting), or until shrimp is fully cooked and veggies are tender.
Flip kebabs halfway through the cooking time. Brush on sauce, before serving or serve in a small bowl on the side. Plate, serve and enjoy!
