What could possibly be better than stuffed mushrooms? How about this low carb delicious mushrooms caps stuffed with sausage! This yummy recipe can come to life in just a few minutes in your air fryer.

Use a spoon to hollow out each mushroom cap, reserving scrapings.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage about 10 minutes or until fully cooked and no pink remains. Drain and then add reserved mushroom scrapings, onion, coconut flour, Parmesan, and garlic. Gently fold ingredients together and continue cooking an additional minute, then remove from heat.
Evenly spoon the mixture into mushroom caps and place the caps into a 6" round pan. Place pan into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 8 minutes.
When finished cooking, the tops will be browned and bubbling. Serve warm.
