Keto Air Fryer Salmon Patties

 15 oz canned boneless skinless salmon
 ½ cup almond flour
 2 eggs
 2 green onions, minced
 1 tsp fresh dill
 1 tsp fresh parsley
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 2 tbsp butter, for frying

Add all of the ingredients except for the butter to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.

Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture. Flatten each ball into a patty and brush them with butter.

Place patties into the air fryer basket. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes.

Carefully flip each patty halfway through the cooking time. Patties will be crispy on the outside when fully cooked.
