Keto Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli Salad

 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 ¼ cup sliced almonds
 ½ lemon
 ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins
 ½ tsp sea salt

Place broccoli into a 6" round baking dish. Pour oil over broccoli. Add almonds and cranberries and toss. Place dish into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 7 minutes.

Stir halfway through the cooking time and add salt.

When timer beeps, zest lemon onto broccoli and squeeze juice into pan. Toss. Serve warm.
