 2 medium Ribeye Steaks
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp fresh thyme
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¼ cup room temperature butter
 1 tbsp avocado oil
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp dried oregano
 ¼ tsp dried parsley

Rub steak with salt and ground pepper. Place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 250°F and set the timer for 45 minutes.

After timer beeps, begin checking doneness and add a few minutes until internal temperature is your personal preference.

In a medium skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil. When oil is hot, quickly sear outside and sides of steak until crisp and browned. Remove from heat and allow steak to rest.

In a small bowl, whip butter with thyme, garlic powder, parsley, and oregano.

Slice steak and serve with herb butter on top.
