Keto Air Fryer Raspberry Danish Bites

 1 cup coconut flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 3 tbsp swerve - powdered
 2 oz cream cheese
 1 egg
 10 tsp sugar-free raspberry preserves

Mix all ingredients except preserves in a large bowl until a wet dough forms.

Place the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes until dough is cool and able to roll into a ball.

Roll dough into ten balls and press gently in the center of each ball. Place 1 teaspoon preserves in the center of each ball.

Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket. Place each Danish bite on the parchment, pressing down gently to flatten the bottom.

Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before moving, or they will crumble.
