You probably don't think about radish chips all that often but these Air Fryer Radish chips are crunchy, salty and spicy; it has all the components you look in a chip! Plus it's such a great substitute for potato chips you will totally forget about them with this keto friendly recipe!

Place water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil on stovetop.
Remove the top and bottom from each radish, then use a mandoline to slice each radish thin and uniformly.
Place the radish slices into the boiling water for 5 minutes or until translucent. Remove them from the water and place them into a clean kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture.
Toss the radish chips in a large bowl with remaining ingredients until fully coated in oil and seasoning. Place radish chips into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Shake the basket two or three times during the cooking time. Serve warm.
