In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well to evenly coat the chicken and vegetables with the oil and the seasoning
Add the chicken and vegetables to the air fryer basket and cook on 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes, stir/toss halfway through using tongs or a fork.
Vegetables should be tender and chicken fully cooked to at least 165°F internal temperature when finished. Serve warm.
