In a small bowl, mix chili powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, and cumin. Rub the spice mixture over the pork shoulder, patting it into the skin. Place pork shoulder into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 150 minutes.
Pork skin will be crispy and meat easily shredded with two forks when done. The internal temperature should be at least 145°F.
