Keto Air Fryer Protein Powder Doughnut Holes

 ½ cup almond flour
 ½ cup protein powder
 ½ cup preferred baking sweetner use a version that replaces sugar cup for cup
 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 large egg
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 3 tsp coconut oil
 ½ tsp sea salt
 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place into the freezer for 20 minutes.

Wet your hands with water and roll the dough into twelve balls.

Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket. Working in batches as necessary, place doughnut holes into the air fryer basket on top of parchment.

Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 6 minutes.

Flip doughnut holes halfway through the cooking time.
