Air Fryer Pita Chips are nice and crispy without oil thanks to your air fryer. This crunchy yet tasty snack that is also healthy; is perfect for dipping and best of all, your waistline and your whole family will love this recipe.

 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
 ½ oz pork rinds, finely ground
 ¼ cup almond flour
 1 large egg

Place cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir until a mostly smooth dough forms into a ball easily. If dough is too hard, microwave for 15 seconds.

Roll dough out between two pieces of parchment into a large rectangle and then use a knife to cut triangle shaped chips. Place the chips into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 5 minutes.

Chips will be golden in color and firm when done. As they cool, they will become even more firm.
