Remove the tops from the peppers and slice each one in half lengthwise. Use a small knife to remove seeds and membranes.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, and cheddar.
Place 3 teaspoons of the mixture into each sweet pepper and press down smooth. Place into the fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes.
Serve warm.
