Keto Air Fryer Loaded Cauliflower Steak

 12 oz cauliflower, cut into 2 steaks about 3/4-inch thick
 2 tbsp unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
 ¼ tsp granulated garlic
 kosher salt
 freshly ground black pepper
 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
 ¼ cup cheddar Ranch dressing, for drizzling
 1 pinch cayenne

In a small bowl, mix cayenne, salt, pepper, garlic and oil. Brush the mixture over the cauliflower.

Place each cauliflower steak into the air fryer, working in batches if necessary.

Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes.

When cooked, edges will begin turning dark and caramelized.

To serve, sprinkle steaks with shredder cheddar cheese. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
