Brush chicken thighs with oil and sprinkle remaining ingredients over thighs. Place thighs into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 20 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time, flip the thighs.
When fully cooked, internal temperature will be at least 165°F and skin will be crispy. Serve warm.
