Keto Air Fryer Greek Chicken Stir-Fry

 10 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
 ½ medium red onion, coarsley chopped
 ½ red bell pepper, coarsley chopped
 ½ medium zucchini, coarsely chopped
 1 tsp dried oregano
 ½ tsp dried parsley
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp dried thyme
 salt and pepper
 1 ½ avocado oil
 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.

Combine chicken, red onion, bell pepper, and zucchini in a medium bowl.

Add oregano, parsley, garlic powder and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly.

Place mixture in the Air Fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
