 ½ cup almond flour
 ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 salt and ground black pepper
 ¼ tsp Italian powder
 ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Line the air-fryer basket with a piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper then spray the
foil with a little cooking spray.

Fill a small to medium pot with a few inches of water and bring to a simmer.

Mix the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Roll each portion into a smooth ball.

In a small bowl, mix the Italian powder, pepper, the Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.

Dip each ball in the herb and cheese mixture, then place it in onto the prepared air-fryer basket. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until they show a golden brown crust, 8 minutes. Let cool for 3 minutes, then enjoy!
