 ½ cup crushed pork rinds
 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, finely grated
 16 dill pickle slices
  cup almond flour
 1 large egg beaten
 1 tsp olive oil

Mix crushed pork rinds with Parmesan cheese in one bowl. In a second bowl, add a whisked egg. In a third bowl, add the almond flour.

Dredge each pickle in the almond flour, then in the egg, and finally in the pork rind mixture.

Place in a greased air fryer to form one single layer of breaded pickles.

Spray the tops with olive oil or coconut oil using an oil mister.

Set air fryer timer to 6 minutes at 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy!
