In a 4-cup round baking dish, pour 1/4 cup pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish. Place 1/4 of the ground beef on top of the sauce.
In a small bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, oregano and seasoning. Place dollops of half the mixture on top of the beef.
Sprinkle with 1/3 of the Colby-Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layers until all beef, ricotta mixture, sauce, and mozzarella are used, ending with the cheese on top.
Cover dish with foil and place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to brown the cheese. Serve immediately.
