Keto Air Fryer Crispy Pork Chop Salad

 1 tbsp avocado oil
 4 oz pork chops, chopped into 1" cubes
 2 tsp chili powder
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 2 oz mixed greens
 1 medium tomato, diced
 ½ cup Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
 ¼ cup ranch dressing
 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

In a large bowl, drizzle avocado oil over pork. Sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place pork into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes. Pork will be golden and crispy when fully cooked.

In a large bowl, place greens, tomato, and crispy pork.

Top with shredded cheese and avocado. Pour ranch dressing around bowl and toss the salad to evenly coat. Top with cilantro.
