In a large bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, and garlic powder.
Stir in egg, half of the melted butter, cheese and scallions. Pour the mixture into a 6" round baking pan. Place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.
To serve, remove from pan and allow to fully cool. Slice into four pieces and pour remaining melted butter over each.
