In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil. Sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and salt. Smash the garlic cloves with the side of the knife.
Place seasoned cauliflower and smashed garlic into the air fryer basket. Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 7 minutes.
Cauliflower will be tender and begin to turn golden at the edges. Place into serving bowl.
Cut the lime into quarters and squeeze juice over cauliflower. Garnish with cilantro.
