In a large bowl coat the chicken in olive oil.
Add salt, pepper, lime juice and chopped cilantro.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Cover and let marinate for 30 mins to an hour in the fridge (optional).
Set Air Fryer to 360 degrees.
Place the chicken skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 mins.
Garnish with cilantro and lime juice to taste. Enjoy!
