 16 oz cream cheese
 2 tbsp stevia
 2 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ cup chocolate chips

Using a mixer, cream the cream cheese and stevia until well combined.

Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until creamy. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Grease a 7-inch spring form pan and pour the mixture in.

Cook at 300°F for 10 minutes then lower the temperature to 250°F for 35 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool down a bit before refrigerating. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2- 4 hours. The longer the better to let it completely set up.
