In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, cheese, onion, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into four patties.
Place patties in the freezer for 15– 20 minutes until they begin to firm up.
Whisk egg in a medium bowl. Place the ground pork rinds and dill into a large bowl.
Dip each chicken patty into the egg and then press into pork rinds to fully coat. Place patties into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 360°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.
Patties will be firm and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F when done. Serve immediately.
