Keto Air Fryer Cheesy Cauliflower Pizza Crust

 1 oz steamer bag cauliflower
 ½ cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
 2 tbsp almond flour
 1 large egg
 1 tsp Italian blend seasoning

Cook cauliflower according to package instructions. Remove from bag and place into cheesecloth or paper towel to remove excess water. Place cauliflower into a large bowl.

Add cheese, egg, almond flour, and Italian seasoning to the bowl and mix well.

Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket. Press cauliflower into 6" round circle. Place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 360°F and set the timer for 11 minutes.

After 7 minutes, flip the pizza crust.

Add preferred toppings to pizza. Place back into air fryer basket and cook an additional 4 minutes or until fully cooked and golden. Serve immediately.
