Cut the tops off each bell pepper. Remove the seeds and the white membranes with a small knife. Place ham and onion into each pepper.
Crack 2 eggs into each pepper. Top with 1/4 cup cheese per pepper. Place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 390°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.
When fully cooked, peppers will be tender and eggs will be firm. Serve warm.
