Keto Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Cheese Sticks

 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
 ¼ cup buffalo sauce
 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
 ¼ cup crumbled feta
 1 egg

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the feta. Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket and press the mixture into a 1/2"-thick circle.

Sprinkle the mixture with feta and place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes.

After 5 minutes, flip over the cheese mixture.
