Craving for tasty fried fish? How about a low carb take on this classic and delicious dish. All you need is your air fryer and a few ingredients and you will wow the next time you served this traditional recipe.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees, and coat the racks with coconut oil cooking spray.
Pat the cod dry using a paper towel, then salt and pepper each side. Place the coconut flour in one bowl, the eggs and almond milk in a second bowl, and the pork dust in a third bowl.
Coat each cod piece first with coconut flour, followed by the egg mixture, and ending with the pork dust. Lay the coated fish pieces out on your air fryer racks.
Cook in air fryer for about 10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Serve with lettuce leaves and lemon slice.
