 2 cups blackberries
  cup monkfruit sweetener
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 ¼ tsp xanthan gum
 1 cup crunchy granola

In a large bowl, toss blackberries, monkfruit sweetener, lemon juice, and xanthan gum.

Pour into 6" round baking dish and cover with foil. Place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.

When the timer beeps, remove the foil and stir.

Sprinkle granola over mixture and return to the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 3 minutes or until top is golden. Serve warm.
