Cut the squash in half.
Use a spoon and scoop out the seeds.
Use avocado oil and coat the inside of the squash and then season with salt and pepper.
Place the squash in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 360 degrees F, for 35- 40 minutes (the time will depend on how big your squash is, and the type of air fryer you own) Plate, serve and enjoy!
