Prepped with just a few ingredients, including crisp bacon, these bomb bites are made quick and easy in the air fryer for a satisfying on-the-go breakfast.

KETO AIR FRYER BACON AND EGG BITES RECIPE

 3 large eggs
 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
 Salt and pepper to taste
  cup chopped green peppers
  cup chopped red peppers
  cup chopped onions
 ¼ cup chopped fresh spinach
 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 3 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon slice

Crack the eggs to a large mixing bowl.

Add in the cream, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Sprinkle in the green peppers, red peppers, onions, spinach, cheeses, and bacon and mix well.

Pour the egg mixture into each of the silicone molds.

Cook the egg bites cups for 12- 15 minutes on 300 degrees in air fryer

Once cooked remove from air fryer

Serve with keto coffee
