Keto Air Fryer Avocado Fries

 2 avocados slightly under ripe, this makes them easier to slice
 1 ½ cups pork rinds- crushed
 2 eggs, beaten
  cup almond flour
 2 tbsp heavy cream
 ½ tsp paprika
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt & pepper
 ¼ tsp each cumin and cayenne

Peel avocado skin and slice long ways, evenly

Whisk cream and eggs together in one bowl

Combine almond flour and seasoning in one bowl

Add crushed pork rinds to one bowl

Dip avocado slice into the almond flour mixture coating evenly, then into the egg, then the pork rinds.

Place coated avocado slice into air fryer in a single layer.

Set air fryer at 400° for 5 minutes.

Flip avocado fries.

Set timer for 4- 5 minutes. Remove.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or eat plain.
