Keto Air Fryer Almond Butter Cookie Balls

 1 almond butter no added oil, no added sugar from a fresh jar
 ¼ cup swerve confectioners
 1 large egg
 1 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract
 ¼ cup fine ground almond flour
 ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
 ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix almond butter and egg. Add in vanilla, fine ground almond flour, and swerve confectioners.

Fold in coconut, chocolate chips, and cinnamon. Roll into 1" balls. Place balls into 6" round baking pan and put into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
