Preheat your air fryer to 360F
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmigiana cheese and set aside
In another bowl, beat the egg and also aside
In a third bowl, put half a cup or so of flour
Wash the mushrooms and pat dry with kitchen paper. For each roll the mushroom in the flour, next, dip the mushroom in the egg and dip the mushroom in the breadcrumbs/cheese mix, ensure a good but even coating.
Place all the dipped mushrooms into the air fryer basket and at 360F for 7 minutes, shake the basket halfway through
