Cut stale bread loaf into approximately 1 inch cubes. Transfer bread cubes to large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over bread. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning. Using your hands, gently toss bread cubes until evenly coated.
Transfer bread to air fryer basket that has been sprayed with nonstick. Air fry croutons at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes or until crisp golden brown. Toss once during cook time.
